Our Returns Policy

Within 90 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return the items you purchased from SOLE. They may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping charges) or exchanged for an alternate product, size. If the return is due to our error we will pay the shipping charges.

Exchanges and Refunds

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from SOLE. If you purchased product from a retailer it must be returned to the retailer for a refund or exchange. After 90 days we will only exchange SOLE and this must be due to failure of the Softec cushioning material as per our Guarantee.

Please call 1-866-235-7653 with your Order Confirmation #* in order to receive a Return Authorization (RA). Please call between 10-7 pm EST on business days. Place this return authorization clearly on the package and send the package to:

Please note that your returns will only be accepted if an RA# has been issued. Any packages arriving without RA#'s will be returned to sender.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error (example: we shipped the wrong product or size), we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. You can track the status of your return online through your Order Status page. Refunds are processed weekly.

Certificates/Gifts

  • If you used a gift certificate to pay for your item you want to return, your refund will be issued as a check from SOLE.
  • Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate, you will not be refunded for the amount of the certificate, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. You will be refunded your actual purchase price.


*Your Order Confirmation # can be found on the web receipt page after the order is placed and should have been printed off. In addition the purchaser receives an email copy of the receipt. The Order Confirmation # is also quoted on the packing slip and tracking email sent from the website.
